The complete set of the State Courts Practice Directions (PD) is available in an electronic medium for the enhanced convenience of users. The PD can be accessed for use on a personal computer, and will be updated online for a paperless and instant amendment process.

Practice Directions and are issued by the Court to supplement the Rules of Court by regulating court practice and procedure. Court users are expected to comply with all Practice Directions and Registrar’s Circulars issued by the Court.
